What Was Broken
Before the project, Casa de la Paz had no dedicated website, leaving their services for safe, structured independent living largely invisible online. Potential residents (elderly and low-income individuals seeking stability) and referring partners had no easy way to learn about the program, view the home, or contact them, limiting outreach and trust-building in a competitive care space.
How We Fixed It
I implemented a straightforward, user-focused strategy: create a fast-loading, mobile-friendly single-site presence that highlights the home's welcoming environment, core services (transitional housing, community support, life skills), and clear path to independence. Emphasis was placed on empathy-driven copy, accessible navigation, and prominent calls-to-action for tours and contact.
What We Actually Built
A complete, static business website serving as the primary digital storefront. It features clear sections on services, the physical home in Tampa, resident journey steps, testimonials-style messaging, contact form integration, and 24/7 emergency info. These all optimize for a quick discovery and easy sharing with families or partners.
